Overview StockyPi is committed to delivering high-quality educational services in the field of stock market training. We recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process for our recorded courses. 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: 1. Applicable Only to Recorded Courses 2. Refunds are available only for pre-recorded course purchases made through www.stockypi.in. Live webinars, workshops, mentorship sessions, or special events are non-refundable. Timeframe A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Usage Limit Refunds are valid only if the user has accessed less than 20% of the total course content. Consumption beyond this threshold makes the course non-refundable. 3. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund: 1. Email us at stockypi005@gmail.com 2. Include your order ID, full name, email used during purchase, and reason for refund 3. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and respond with a resolution within 7 business days 4. Refund Method & Processing Time 1. All refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, bank account). 2. Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 working days after approval. 3. We do not offer refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate accounts. 5. Non-Refundable Conditions No refund shall be issued in the following cases: 1. The user has consumed more than 20% of the course content 2. The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase 3. The content was illegally downloaded, shared, or screen-recorded 4. The purchase pertains to live sessions, group discussions, or premium community access 5. Refund requests made without sufficient proof or in an abusive manner If any of the above conditions are violated, StockyPi reserves the right to terminate access to all digital services immediately without prior notice. 6.
