Overview StockyPi is an Indian-based platform offering educational content through recorded courses and webinars related to the stock market and trading strategies. All materials provided are strictly for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. By accessing or using StockyPi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. User Eligibility and Account Access 2.1 You must be 18 years or older to create an account. 2.2 Registration is required to access our content. Our team may assist you in account setup. 2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 2.4 Sharing your account or access is strictly prohibited. 2.5 StockyPi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations. 3. Description of Services StockyPi provides: 3.1 Pre-recorded educational video courses 3.2 Live and scheduled webinars 3.3 Access to a private WhatsApp-based learning community 3.4 We may modify or update content at our discretion to enhance the learning experience. 4. Payment and Refund Policy 4.1 All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. 4.2 No refunds will be issued after 20% of the course content is consumed. 4.3 To request a refund, you must raise a support ticket via stockypi005@gmail.com before crossing the 20% content usage threshold. 4.4 Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. 4.5 Payments are non-transferable. 5. Community Rules (WhatsApp Group) Users joining our community must follow these mandatory rules: 5.1No spamming or unsolicited promotions 5.2 No adult (18+) content sharing 5.3 No direct personal chats with other members 5.4 No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior 5.5 No sharing of trading signals or financial advice 5.6 No promotion of other trading or educational communities 5.7 Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the group and revocation of access to all purchased content without notice. 6. Intellectual Property Rights All course materials, branding, videos, logos, and content on StockyPi are protected intellectual property owned by StockyPi Private Limited. You may not: 6.1 Copy, distribute, or re-upload any content 6.2 Share course access with others 6.3 Reuse content for commercial purposes 6.4 Legal action will be taken for violations. 7. Educational Disclaimer StockyPi provides general stock market education. We do not guarantee profits or returns. All decisions made based on our content are at your own risk. Always do your own analysis or consult a certified investment advisor before taking action. 8. Limitation of Liability StockyPi will not be liable for: 8.1 Financial losses 8.2 Trading risks 8.3 Platform downtime 8.4 Technical issues beyond our control 8.5 Use of our services is at your own risk. 9. Amendments These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of StockyPi after such updates constitutes your acceptance. Please review them regularly. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. 11.
